1. I started with ChatGPT, setting the tone and style using a reference image to easily generate a consistent series of icons.

2. Then I brought the stills into RunwayML or KlingAI, using a simple prompt like: "A locked camera frames a miniature lighthouse on a grassy circular platform. The light inside the top lantern room slowly turns on and glows softly. The red door at the base of the lighthouse opens with a gentle motion."

3. Finally, I refined the animation in After Effects, adding subtle camera moves and timing tweaks to enhance the overall feel.

It’s a quick, effective pipeline — blending AI with classic motion tools to create something that feels handcrafted but efficient.
